Romeo and Carrie's group pictures

I(Carrie) took this picture on the counter top. I just grabbed toys then displayed them and the pilot was the main thing I was focused on.

The boat was the main focus, I think Romeo did it.

The purple car was the main muse in this picture

auto flash
red eye flash

I didn't have a group how sad!!! This is my late work because I was deathly sick on friday and thursday!!!

Lightning Bolt

What is it for?
This lightning blot is the settings for flash. Like red eye, night time, no flash, triple flash, and all that flashing jazz.

The different settings:
The first setting is off.
The second is auto which is the single flash, it makes everything brighter and stand out more.
The third is no red eye flash which makes it so peoples eyes don't glow red.
The fourth is slow flash which makes the camera shoot with a longer shutter speed along with the flash. This makes the picture have a sharp image of the main object with bright backround colors.

My impression:
I'm in love with the flash! I always have it on no matter what, unless if I'm taking a picture of some kind of screen; but that's a given. I think it's important to have it because it makes to picture soooooo vibrate compared with no flash.

Half-Push

The Happs of a half-push:
When you push it half way it focuses on your muse before you take the picture. This helps because when you are ready to take the picture it takes it faster then if you didn't use the half-push.
Time Wise:
It on takes about half the time as it usually does.
Reasons to use it:
One reason why it would come in great handy is if your taking a picture something that can go away then if you focus it before you take it then it will remember it faster, so if it moves just after you push to take a picture then you will be able to catch the image.
Another reason to use it is if your taking a picture of something slightly moving.

My picture

I put the camera on the picture of the stick figure that's running then I ran around the room to get a random picture. And Stevie was saying that it wouldn't work then it turned out that right after she said that I got this picture.

HA Look at her face.

Questions Answered!!

1. Yes, I think this project was useful because we learned how to make a basic camera and how to use it. It showed us what the first basic camera was and how to use it and store it properly.

2. I think this project would be good to use every year, just maybe not so many blogs about it.

3. I think it would be better to try it once then see what you did wrong. Then make corrections on it then try it again to get better results. Also, having not so many blogs on it.

4. It would be interesting to try it again but I'm reading to move on to our next subject.

Please let this be the last blog on Pinholes!!!!!!

Me and My Pinhole Camera

Hello! In my group, made out of Megan, Myca, and I, we made a good size pinhole camera. We searched the school for a cardboard box, we finally found a good one from Mr.B, the Spanish and art teacher here. But, why would we make a pinhole camera? Because to learn the simplest form of a camera, that's why. Keep in mind that when you take pictures with a pinhole camera that it will be all in negative. Where there is light there will be black, where there is no light it will be white.

What you will need:
* A light tight box

*Pinhole

*Foil

*Cardboard

* Tape

*Scissors

But after we got all of our supplies this is what we did:

1. Lined all inside the box so light wouldn't shine through.
2. Taped the outside up with electric tape to make sure light wouldn't shine through.

3. Make a shutter out of paper over the pinhole.

4. Make a slit in the box big enough to apply the photo paper. And make sure you can re close it so no light can shine through. Also you need to apply the photo paper in a dark space, so no light can shine on it.
5. Tape the back of the photo paper onto the inside wall of the camera opposite of the pinhole.

Now you can have fun taking pictures with the pinhole. But keep this in mind well taking pics. Pick a place with a good amount of light. Keep the camera still for about 3 minutes. Only expose it to light when your taking a picture of something. After when your done taking pictures, remove that photo paper in a dark place and wrap it up in foil. All well not exposing it to light. That's about it.

Have a Wonderful Day
